5 out of 5 starsOnce I got done giggling at how it looked I was so pleased with our snood! Gizmo would give it 0 stars but I give it 5! Working so well and great for laughs too! Their ears are so difficult to keep clean and I want to let his short ears grow out and this will make it so much easier.

The mascot and lap-warmer, drama queen. She's the diva in the house and makes and breaks all the rules. Harley loves to tell us what does and doesn't work and let's us know when it's time for a work break. She approves all gear before it's offered.

How do I clean my gear?
We suggest washing bandanas, ties + basic snoods (remove bow if applicable) in cold water (washing machine) + lay them flat to dry. // Spot clean removable small ring for tie. // If you run these through a washing machine, use a mesh laundry bag to keep all your parts together.
Spot clean bowties + fabric flower bows. (don't let your pet try to do it with their tongue... it doesn't work so well)

It’s been over 7 business days since the shipping date and I haven’t received my gear. What do I do?
Yikes. That will make any cat’s hair stick straight up, right?
Contact us first, and let’s see if the tracking number brings up any useful information.
The USPS has had many delays due to the pandemic and it could take a couple of extra days. Who knows, a woof wagger may've chased the delivery man!
We’re easy to work with, so please contact us first if you have waited seven days past the shipping date sent in your shipping confirmation message.
My gear made tails wag with excitement, but why does my item look different from the photo?
Our products are handmade and made-to-order (unless stated otherwise). The photos show what fabric will be used for your item. If you have a specific layout in mind, please message me before purchasing. We are unable to guarantee the layout of the pattern in the photo will be identical to what you receive. (Especially between sizes. For example, an XS will not handle a large flower pattern the same way an XL would.)
If the colors look different, keep in mind the calibration between different monitors/screens can alter the color. If you need something color matched, please contact us prior to placing your order. We’d be more than happy to work with you on color matching for special occasions.
Can my dog eat it?
No. As with any pet item purchased anywhere, please keep an eye on your pets. Our items are handmade and may contain small parts. Remove your gear and store it out of your pets (and small children’s reach) when not in use or when left unsupervised.

Can I send this paw-some gear as a gift?
Absolutely! We love gifts just as much as anybody so let us know when you order if it is a gift. We'll send your package to the address you supply us as long as they're in the United States.

What if I'm unsure if the gear will fit my wagger? What if I want a custom size?
No worries, either supply measurements like the ones shown in the images or message me and I'll work with you to get a precise fit.
